Become a Certified PR Quality Auditor

An intensive three-day training course will take place in Vienna from September 25 to 27. You will acquire the necessary skills to become a certified PR quality auditor and member of the ICCO / AgencyExperts CMS Auditor Pool. 

You can acquire the following skills:

- Specialist knowledge in the areas of quality and process management, audit preparation and implementation in accordance with ISO 19011 standards

- Effective communication skills

As part of this, you will take part in practical group exercises, simulations and role plays to master audit scenarios. Anita Mohl, CMS Master Auditor and Managing Director of AgencyExperts, leads this course. It concludes with a certification exam by TÜV Austria Cert GmbH, which recognizes your qualification worldwide.
