Alexandra Groß was appointed Chairwoman of the Management Board of Fink & Fuchs AG in 2019. In her role, she is responsible for the overall management and strategic development of the communications firm. Her main areas of responsibility include Human Resources, Quality Management, Organizational Development and New Business. After holding various positions in industry, she joined Fink & Fuchs in 1999. She has a degree in Business Administration. Prior to her appointment to the Board in 2011, she was responsible for companies and institutions such as Cisco, the Federal Administration of Germany, the Federal Association of the Hearing Aid Industry on a strategic level. Alexandra Groß has been a member of the Executive Board of the GPRA – the Association of Germany‘s Leading Communications Agencies with PR Backgrounds – since May 2017. Alexandra Groß has been a partner in the agency since 2017.
